Prayer Shawl Ministry
Because there are so many people in need of prayer, and because we want to do more than just say we are praying for them, the PWUMC Prayer Shawl Ministry is a way to offer tangible evidence to those whom we are praying for. The common threads of fashioning a prayer shawl produce more than just a shawl, as it engages the knitters and crocheters in prayer on behalf of others. If you do not knit or crochet and you want to learn, there are several present who can teach you. If you embroider there is a need for your skills as well.
This group meets Mondays, 6:30-8 p.m. in room 211.
