50% assimiliation rate - people become full participants within the year

75 new Christians - confession of faith or restored relationship

800 "Learning Contacts" (involved in Intentional Faith Development)

1200 "Serving" Contacts

Increasing number of self-identified tithers/proportionate givers

10% growth in worship attendance
