Platte Woods Church Staff Positions

Technical Coordinator - The Technical Coordinator at Platte Woods Church is first and foremost a volunteer organizer, responsible for recruiting, equipping, and empowering teams who make the church’s technical ministry possible. This role also leads the execution of all audio, visual, and lighting elements for worship services and events, while serving as the primary coordinator for church-wide technology systems—providing frontline support to staff and coordinating with external IT vendors. By supporting both people and systems, the Technical Coordinator ensures that technology environments are reliable, sustainable, and aligned with ministry needs, helping foster a culture of belonging, curiosity, and courage.

Preschool and Pre-K Classroom Teachers and Helpers

Sunbeams Preschool is currently hiring classroom teacher assistants for children ages 6 weeks to pre-Kindergarten.

We are looking for individuals willing to work flexible, part-time hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., which includes the program’s extended care hours. These positions involve physical requirements such as lifting children, bending over, sitting on the floor, and prolonged moving. A background check and Safe Gatherings Certification is required.

Childcare Team Member

Our Kid Connection team is looking for energetic and loving team members. Sunday morning and occasional weeknight hours available. Childcare positions involve physical requirements such as lifting children, bending over, sitting on the floor, and prolonged moving. A background check and Safe Gatherings Certification is required.
