Beloved Community: Freedom of Justice
We often think of love as a feeling, but what if it's actually an action? This next week's sermon explores the powerful concept of Agape love, which Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. called the "Beloved Community in action." As we examine the essential components of building a strong community, we'll see that none of them can stand without the "mortar" of justice. This is a call to not only love our neighbors, but to actively work to eliminate the barriers that separate us.
